Welcome to xiats, a content creation and multi-platform engagement toolkit operated by Beijing Yaoxi Future Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Platform” or “we”). These Terms govern your use of our services. Before using the services, please read and fully understand all provisions. By registering, accepting these Terms, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, do not register or use the services.
1. Services
The Platform provides asset collection, video analysis, AI creation, talking avatars, multi-platform publishing, and an engagement workspace. Features include transcription from shared links, video parsing, content generation, an Open Platform API, and desktop publishing and engagement management. Availability varies by app and release. The new Windows release with engagement features is not yet publicly available. The website cannot remotely execute local publishing or engagement actions, and macOS and Android do not currently support the engagement workspace. The services actually provided determine feature availability. We may adjust, add, remove, or upgrade services as operational needs require.
Please note: The Platform is for personal study, research, and other non-commercial purposes only. Any scripts or content extracted through the Platform must not be used commercially or in ways that infringe others' lawful rights. You bear all resulting responsibility.
2. Registration and account security
- Register with truthful, accurate information and keep your account and password secure. You are responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard them.
- Your account is for your personal use only. You may not lend, transfer, sell, or share it.
- Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account use or a security vulnerability.
- We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit unusual or risky activity.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, public order, and good morals. You must not use the Platform to:
- Extract, distribute, or store unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, including copyright, portrait rights, or privacy;
- Violate a target platform's terms, robots rules, or other usage rules, or access it maliciously, at excessive frequency, or beyond the permitted scope;
- Engage in any commercial use or activities such as reselling data that harm third-party interests;
- Interfere with or damage normal Platform operation, or circumvent or break billing or quota restrictions;
- Engage in other conduct that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms.
Important: The Platform provides technical tools for converting video to text. Copyright in any content you extract remains with its author or rights holder. You must have lawful authorization or meet a statutory exception such as fair use. Use is limited to personal study, research, and other non-commercial purposes, and must not be commercial or otherwise infringing. You bear all resulting legal responsibility.
4. Payments and subscriptions
- Membership subscriptions and usage-based AI creation are billed separately. All-platform VIP is available monthly or annually and includes transcription on supported platforms and the client benefits listed at purchase. Prices and benefits shown at checkout apply.
- Top-ups and subscriptions use a third-party payment provider (Xunhupay, currently supporting WeChat Pay). Funds or membership are credited automatically after successful payment.
- Digital services take effect immediately upon activation. Unless required by law or expressly promised by us, refunds are generally unavailable. We recommend trying the free allowance before paying.
- Contact support promptly about payment errors or duplicate charges so we can investigate.
5. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the Platform's software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, copy, and related technology belongs to us or the relevant rights holders and is protected by law. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use it. Rights in third-party content processed through the Platform are independent of the Platform.
6. Disclaimers
- Parsing and transcription depend on target platforms' public interfaces and page structures. Changes made by third parties may temporarily disable some features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Services are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third parties, or similar causes.
- We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or use of content you obtain through the Platform.
7. Service changes, interruptions, and termination
We may modify, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the services for business changes, maintenance, legal requirements, or similar reasons. Free services may be changed or discontinued at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as legal or operational needs require and publish revisions on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the competent People's Court where the Platform operator is located.
